open vendor policy!
- 1/4 non-refundable deposit to save your date, applied to total
- the remaining balance is due 90 days before the scheduled event
- $300* refundable security deposit due with final payment
- saturday events are permitted between 11am - 11pm
- day-of-event insurance required for all events
- banquet permit required if Alcohol is served
- 8% Washington sales tax added to total

- 40' x 60' beautiful white wedding tent (tent sides on site if necessary)
- elegant tent & bar lighting
- white pole drapes for tents
- 16' x 16' dance floor
- area for caterers (no kitchen facilities)
- tables (60" rounds) and chairs (white resin padded) for up to 200 guests
- three 6' & two 8' banquet tables
- ice troughs available for your beverages
- assorted smaller tables for sweetheart, cake., etc.
- miscellaneous items available at no charge
- set up and tear down of all tables, chairs, & our equipment
- trash service included (recycling provided by request)
- Private onsite parking with attendants available
- Staff available to coordinate with Vendors and deliveries
- Air conditioned Bridal/Groom suite with private restrooms
