flexible vendor policy
- A non-Refundable retainer of 25% the base rate secures your date
- the remaining balance is due 90 days before the scheduled event
- $300* refundable security deposit due with final payment
- saturday events are permitted between 11am - 11pm
- day-of-event insurance required for all events
- banquet permit required if Alcohol is served
- 8% Washington sales tax added to total
